CARTA Suspending All Operations Wednesday
The Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) on Wednesday provided the following updates on their services as they related to Hurricane Dorian:

CARTA will suspend all operations, including the Hurricane Evacuation Peninsula Circulator, at 6 pm on Wednesday, September 4th, as previously planned, in anticipation of hazardous weather conditions.

Service will remain suspended until further notice and will resume as directed by state and local officials.
