Going Places is in it's 2nd year providing donated, “gently-used” or “new” Halloween costumes, accessories, and trick-or-treat bags to low-income kids whose families cannot afford to buy them one, and you are invited to participate in the “give a costume. give joy.” program.
Going Places will go into three North Charleston Elementary schools on Halloween and allow any kids not in costume, to pick one out.
