From 2018 Day of Caring (Provided)
On Friday, November 15th, nearly 500 sailors from the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NPTC) at Joint Base Charleston will volunteer at Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum as part of the Trident United Way's Day of Caring.
Work will begin at 12:15 pm and will include more than two-dozen projects on all three of warships, the Vietnam Experience, and landscaping around the museum's property.
Those projects will include: aircraft and tour route cleaning, trash pickup, flight deck painting, museum dusting, nature trail trimming, and pressure washing.
