Tickets will be $30 at the door and guests will enjoy an oyster roast provided by The Darling Oyster Bar. Swig & Swine Pitmaster Anthony DiBernardo will be cooking a whole hog and Brunswick stew, while Jake Wood and Eddie Forbis from Lawrence BBQ, a new concept in Raleigh, NC, will serve smoked brisket and Jake’s Granny Helen’s sweet potato casserole.
Guests will be able to purchase beverages and Baker & Brewer will have a special brew available, a 6% Stout that was brewed in-house with house made graham crackers and chocolate. It will be served with a house made roasted marshmallow and has a smooth chocolatey finish. If you don’t want to drink your dessert, guests can roast marshmallows and make S'mores on the Cowboy Caldron. Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to One80 Place veterans.
Guests will also be able to get in some last-minute shopping from a variety of market vendors. This event is family friendly and guests are encouraged to bring their own shucking tools.
