The Gadsden, a downtown condo development, is teaming up with Still Soul Studio and Hustle Smoothie Bar & Cafe to throw a wellness event focusing on meditation and healthy eating habits. Attendees will meet on the rooftop on Saturday, January 18th from 10 am to 11:30 am to enjoy meditation, healthy bites, and scenic views of the city and the harbor.
Still Soul Studio will start the morning by guiding the room in a 45-minute meditation practice. Afterwards, folks will be able to learn about the power of meditation and the positive benefits it can bring individuals in the New Year.
Later, guests will have the chance to fuel their bodies on healthy sips and light bites from the newly added downtown smoothie bar, Hustle Smoothie Bar & Cafe. Hustle employees will be available to share easy smoothie recipes using their popular blender bombs and answer questions on healthy eating habits.
