On February 27th from 9 am to 10:30 am, caregivers and their loved ones can enjoy a cup of coffee with great company at the Lowcountry’s first-ever Alzheimer's Café hosted by Alice's Clubhouse.
They can meet other caregivers and their loved ones with dementia in a comfortable setting. Here, caregivers will have a safe environment to talk over a cup of coffee about the challenges of caring for someone with dementia. Diane Sancho, MSW, has 30 years of elder care experience and will be available as a resource to answer any questions or concerns they might have regarding their loved one with dementia.
This is a place where there is no judgement, no expectations - just support.
