The menu features a juicy brisket and short rib blend burger patty topped six different ways to please any palate.
For the pork lover, the Don’t Go Bacon My Heart burger is topped with pulled pork, smoked pork belly, and cherrywood smoked bacon on a brioche bun. A tribute to the south, the Whistlestop has a fried green tomato and pimento cheese served on a potato roll. Hot Honey Blues is a hot, sweet, creezy and tangy creation with cherrywood bacon and blue cheese all drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey Sauce. Other burger toppings include andouille sausage, beer cheese made with local craft beer, red pepper and garlic slaw, and more.
In addition to the craft burgers, Sticky Fingers has rolled out a couple of new appetizers to enjoy before the burger. The Southern Sticky Stack is piled high with fried green tomatoes, smoked pork belly, pimento cheese, and red pepper and garlic slaw. Or guests can go for more meat with the bacon-wrapped sausage skewers. The Sticky Fingers Burger Passport punch card allows diners to try five of the specialty burgers and receive the sixth one free.
