Over two years after it was "retired" from the Edmund's Oast menu, the restaurant's popular Pickled Shrimp Toast is making its triumphant return this week.
The dish was on Edmund's Oast's opening menu and quickly became a crowd favorite item. The restaurant says they have been in contact with opening Chef Andy Henderson to make sure that they have the original recipe down pat - local Miss Paula's Shrimp, pickled veggies, aioli, and toasted Tiller Bread.
