City of Charleston: No Curfew Planned for Tuesday
The City of Charleston this morning said they are not planning to implement a curfew tonight. However, city officials will continue to monitor the situation throughout the evening and will make any further announcements as needed.
The announcement came after City Council held an emergency meeting at 11 am Tuesday. During the meeting, Mayor John Tecklenburg said that Charleston County leaders were also not currently considering a curfew.
If there are any changes, Holy City Sinner will update this post.
UPDATES
- Dorchester County will have a curfew from 6 pm tonight until 6 am on Wednesday
- Summerville has also announced a curfew
