The ratio is 1:1 when it comes to sugar and coffee. So if you want to make enough for one cup of coffee, then add one teaspoon of coffee, a teaspoon of sugar and a tiny splash of water. If you are making such a small quantity using a fork would be better than using a big whisk. After whipping the mixture to the right consistency, you can pour some cold milk into a glass with some ice, and carefully place the whipped coffee mixture on top.
