Blazing Star Cafe, a new weekend pop-up, is now serving up bagels, babka, focaccia, and more at Workshop in downtown Charleston.
The cafe started in early August and is available each Saturday and Sunday afternoon from noon to 4 pm. They will soon be available via Uber Eats too. The plan is to gradually add more days moving forward.
The menu may change slightly each week, but here is a sample of some recent options.
Owner Bettina Fisher, a former New Yorker and self-taught baker, is hoping to open a brick and mortar sometime in 2021. You can learn more here.
