Joe Cunningham on Monday released a new TV ad titled “Joe Had Our Back.” The 30-second ad begins running in the Charleston and Savannah-Beaufort media markets starting this week as part of a substantial media buy reaching Lowcountry voters on broadcast, cable and digital channels.
