Berkeley County Library System (BCLS), in collaboration with South Carolina Legal Services, invites citizens to participate in two online Zoom workshops on Tuesday, December 8th and Tuesday the 22nd, from 2 pm to 3 pm. South Carolina Legal Services Attorney, Stephanie van der Horst, will conduct both workshops to inform citizens of Landlord/Tenant Law in South Carolina and the Unemployment benefits process during COVID-19.
