North Charleston restaurant Dashi says they will open a food truck that will be permanently stationed at Ghost Monkey Brewing starting this Friday, January 1st. The truck will be open five days a week - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4 pm to 8 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 8 pm. Guests can expect some of the same Asian and Latin dishes Dashi served at their Park Circle restaurant like burritos, steamed buns, and Thai wings. New chef Jason Culbertson plans on adding some items as well. Previously, Culbertson worked with Circa 1886, Asheville's Jargon, and in the former food truck Grill Force One.
