Charleston County Public Works will begin construction Monday, January 18, 2021 on the Rosebank Road rural road project on Wadmalaw Island. Construction will close northern access to Rosebank Road near St. James Bethel Church.
Citizens who need access to Rosebank Plantation Road and Retriever Road will need to use the south end of Rosebank Road near the Salem Presbyterian Church. There will be signs directing drivers. Construction is scheduled to be completed Friday, January 22, 2021, weather permitting.
