Due to the expected cold temperatures this evening, the city of Charleston’s warming shelter at the Arthur W. Christopher Community Center, 265 Fishburne Street, will re-open at 8 pm tonight, Monday, February 2nd, 2021 and will remain open until 7 am tomorrow. Guests must arrive by 11 pm to be checked in.
