Joe Bustos argument doesn’t make sense. The beach towns need trash removal always with or without free parking. The reason people are using the bathroom under residents houses, is because there are no free public bathrooms at any of the major beach accesses except at Front Beach IOP where the parking is all paid. In Florida there are tons of free parking lots on the beach with free showers and bathrooms.
