The Charleston Chapter of Les Dames D’Escoffier (LDEI) today announced a special fundraising edition of Helen Mitternight’s Hidden F&B podcast featuring Grand Dame Nathalie Dupree and Dames Johnny Caldwell with the Cocktail Bandits, Kelly Chu with Cirsea and Red Orchids China Bistro and Tanya Gurrieri with Salthouse Catering, to held on March 8th, 2021 at 2 pm.
“COVID-19 has affected every sector across the globe, and the hospitality industry is among the hardest hit,” Mitternight, podcast host and LDEI vice president, said. “When you purchase a ticket to this virtual Hidden F&B podcast, you are helping fundraise for scholarships in the Charleston hospitality industry and learning about these successful women along the way.”
On this edition of the podcast, these successful women in the hospitality industry will discuss their mistakes, including what they have learned and how listeners can learn from them. Registration is required in advance to join the virtual event via Zoom, and ticket sales will help raise money for Charleston’s chapter of LDEI to use for scholarships in the food, beverage and hospitality industries.
The Cost of ticket is a $10 donation. To purchase tickets, click here.
