Starting Wednesday, March 17th, Maya del Sol Kitchen will be open for lunch Wednesday through Friday, 11 am to 3 pm, featuring Chef Raul Sanchez’s authentic Mexican cuisine on a first come, first serve basis with limited seating and takeout available.
Lunch will offer a limited weekly-rotating menu based on Sanchez’s customer favorites (like Carne en su Jugo, right) and lunchtime staples like burritos, tacos, and quesadillas.
“Since announcing my plans for the Kitchen, folks in and around Park Circle have been asking if I would offer my lunches again,” Sanchez said. “Everyone has their favorite dishes from my old restaurants, and this will hopefully give folks a chance to experience some of them again from time to time.”
The Kitchen is also open Sundays (10 am to 3 pm, first come, first serve) for brunch and Thursday through Saturday (reservation only) for a 5-course chef’s table dinner experience.
Maya del Sol Kitchen continues to observe current pandemic guidelines to help ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
